Fees Policy

All fees must be paid at registration. A one-off non-refundable fee of £25 for registration will also need to be paid. Course fees are non-transferable to other people. Registration fee (£25) is not refundable in any circumstance.

Requests / Complaints

Any complaint or request must be submitted in writing to reception. We will try to acknowledge within 3 working days and respond within 10 working days.

Refunds

• Student absences: no refund will be provided; however rescheduled classes will be provided per teacher's discretion.
• Teacher's absence: no refund, but a recovering class will be scheduled.
• Notify the college 7 working days before the start of the course.
• Once the course has started, no refund is available. Reschedule of classes can be requested at the discretion of the management.
• No refunds or classes will be available for a student who is terminated for abusive behaviour.

Absences

For courses lasting for at least 3 months, if a student wishes to take weeks off, the following procedure will need to be followed:

• For illness: a medical certificate must be provided and a written application.
• For travelling: a copy of flight bookings must be provided as well as a written application.

Lost Items

Students should take care of their personal belongings and the college will not be responsible for any lost item.

Privacy Policy

Community Tech & Education Training is responsible for the protection of students' personal information. The college reserves the right to use photographs taken during the classes for promotional materials. Should a student not wish for their photo to be used, please let reception know through a written notification.

Changing Courses

Students wishing to exchange their original choice of course must pay the difference in value (if there is any) to complete the transfer.

Letter of Attendance

A letter of attendance can be provided on request at the end of the course for £10.
